Our Founder
Elisha S. Thompson, Esq.
Elisha S. Thompson is an advisor, attorney and creator committed to helping business leaders & creatives thrive. She launched a private consulting and legal practice shortly after law school working with emerging entities, start ups and established businesses. She provides legal and strategic counsel to businesses and creatives advising on intellectual property, brand management, growth strategy, business transactions and business affairs.
Elisha pulls from her diverse background to help brands thrive. She has served as an executive leader on boards with oversight of operations and asset management for governmental and nonprofit entities. In addition to providing advisory to other entrepreneurs, Elisha has launched, invested in and operated businesses in her private portfolio of companies. Elisha believes that entrepreneurship and business are great tools to effectuate impact and create generational wealth. This being said, she believes anyone from any background should be able to build their dream business. Her work and endeavors have been driven by these beliefs. Elisha has:

worked with legislators to develop policies to facilitate access to entrepreneurship and technology;

served as a mentor and start up advisor to early stage brands;

conducted workshops to develop founders and business leaders;

spoken at a number of engagements to educate and inspire excellence.

Elisha earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Emory University School of Law, where she was a National Bar Association Judicial Scholar and recognized as 3L of the Year by the Black Law Students Association. Along with her JD, She also earned a Certificate in Transactional Law from Emory University. The transactional law program combines doctrinal law, business courses and practicums to equip participants with the skills and experience to excel as corporate attorneys. Elisha obtained her B.B.A. in Economics from Kennesaw State University and completed executive studies in Brand Management at Cornell University.
